AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)는 자율주행차를 의미합니다. 공장 현장에서 AGV라 함은 대개 무인 운반차 또는 무인 운반 로봇을 의미하며, 동의어로는 AMR(Autonomous Mobile Robot, 자율주행 로봇)이 있습니다. AMFR(Automated Mobile Forklift Robot)은 AGV(AMR) 중 지게차(Forklift)로 자율 주행 무인 지게차를 의미합니다.

AGV는 다양한 분야의 현장에서 기존의 물류 이송방식인 컨베이어 시스템을 대체하며 화물의 이송 뿐만 아니라 적재까지 수행하고 있습니다. 환경에 구애 없이 창고 컨테이너 터미널 뿐만 아니라 실내외 운송에도 활용이 가능합니다. 특히 물류 병목이 증가하고 있는 요즈음, AGV는 모든 산업 분야에서 작업 환경의 개선, 물류의 실시간 제어, 제품의 손상 감소 등의 효과를 제공하며 유연한 물류 처리와 함께 생산성 향상에 기여하고 있습니다.

공장 현장에서 지게차는 무거운 물건을 반복적으로 운반하는 역할을 하며, 물류 작업에서 없어서는 안 될 중요한 이송 장비입니다. 하지만 기존의 지게차는 자격증을 보유한 전문 인력의 수동 조작 운전 없이는 운행이 불가능하다는 치명적인 단점을 지니고 있습니다. AMFR은 AGV로서 전문가의 탑승 없이도 물류 이송이 가능합니다. 또한, 좁은 복도 및 높은 선반에서의 작업 수행 능력과 더불어 물류 창고의 수용 능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 설계되었습니다.

How does ZOECORE work?

Water molecule cluster.


Water molecules have a dipolar structure and form strong hydrogen bonds, causing them to cluster together in a specific formation.

ZOECORE reduces the size of clusters.


ZOECORE uses a high-voltage electric field to separate water molecule clusters, reducing them to a smaller size.

Aquaporin for water absorption.


Aquaporins are membrane proteins responsible for water absorption in plant roots, facilitating the uptake of individual water molecules.

Enables effective water absorption.


Water treated with ZOECORE has smaller water molecule clusters, allowing it to be absorbed about 10% faster than regular water. The performance has been verified by Hankyong National University. This finding is consistent with the principles discussed in the study by Tunuguntla et al. (2017)*
